From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our team of expert designers and builders will work closely with you to turn your dream vision into reality. This process has been developed and tested on thousands of local homeowners helping us transform ordinary backyards into beautiful outdoor living spaces year after year.

From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our team of expert designers and builders will work closely with you to turn your dream vision into reality. This process has been developed and tested on thousands of local homeowners helping us transform ordinary backyards into beautiful outdoor living spaces year after year.
Step 1: Contact Us
Our process begins with a complimentary, no obligation, site visit by a sales representative. This initial meeting helps us learn more about the project, evaluate the site, take some measurements and pictures as well as help assist you creatively in maximizing your space available.
Step 2: On-Site Consultation & Meeting
Our process begins with a complimentary, no obligation, site visit by a sales representative. This initial meeting helps us learn more about the project, evaluate the site, take some measurements and pictures as well as help assist you creatively in maximizing your space available.
Step 3: Landscape Design & Estimate
After the initial site meeting, our design team will develop a preliminary design and proposal for your review. These documents will be emailed to you for your review and comments. Based on your feedback, revisions may need to be worked through several times until you are able to completely satisfy and we meet your dream expectations.
Step 4: Proposal & Approval
As soon as the design is approved, we will have another walk through to discuss the final scope of the project, the proposal and the timeline for completion. Once you give your approval to move forward with the project and have signed the proposal, we will determine whether or not permits are required by the township. If so we will handle all applications and issues related to all permit documents. We require a minor fee at the signing of the proposal. (Owner is responsible for all fees & costs levied by government municipalities)
Step 5: Get To Work
Once we start it's our goal to turn all your dreams into a reality. Zarelli Landscaping will manage the project from start to finish, we will provide daily project communication and answer any questions you may have.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Enjoyment
Once the project is completed we'll do a complete and final walk-through of the property making sure you're 100% satisfied. Then, it's time to sit back, relax, and enjoy your new outdoor living space!
